• Cavitation Optimizer: An easy to use method to determine the number of cavities and type of feed system for mold layout design.
• Viscosity Fitter: An easy to use software tool for fitting and converting rheological models.
• Injection Molding Process Analyzer: Given one or more sets of pressure data, this analyzer predicts flow rates and total part weight.
• Power law fitter: Given a cross-WLF viscosity model, this spreadsheet provides power law fits for different ranges of shear rates. No solver is needed.
• Ellis model simulation: Given geometry, Ellis model coefficients, and melt pressure data, this spreadsheet estimates flow rates. With an appropriate banded solver implemented in C or similar code, the solution time is less than 1 mSec.
